is there a reason why we have to use blue ink? I'veused black ink for my applications ..

I send second time with the correct name as my passport.....

I know there're some people who submit more than 1 time with different info to increase his/her winning rate, which is NOT allowed.

Looks like IRCC selected many more people than available 10000 quota. Now they are rejecting anybody with minor issue. On top of that they went for 2nd round. Bloody idiots.

there're 2 groups of people that need to be punished:

1. submit more than 1 time
2. submit interest without qualified income

i think that was the error you made. you should have left it like that and would have been easier submitting a a letter of explanation as to the variation in names. my wife submitted with her maiden name however all docs including the passport is in her assumed married name (which is my last name) . we just added a letter or explanation and it was accepted. Since its a lottery am not sure you have a legal recourse here but perhaps someone in the forum might have a more viable option. good luck !!!

Guys, I've noticed from the google spreadsheet that the "Medicals passed" line item is appearing on the ECAS for majority of the people within a week from when they submit the medicals. I've submitted my parent's medicals, and the doctor released the results to the IRCC on August 30th. I see, "Medicals received" line item in ECAS. Is there going to be a separate line item for "Medicals passed"?

yes I did bacs my passport and my citizenship card has different name so I send 2 time with correct name
So may be that’s the problem.....

you violated the rule so apply next year and pray they close eyes on that

So they sent you an invitation to sponsor your parents and then sent you this letter ? I remember someone else mentioned something like the contents of this letter a while back on this thread.

Curious, did you really submit the form multiple times ?

in E-case - no but you passed

we see "Passed" in MY CIC account
