I need clarification on form IMM 1344 application to sponsor. guide says it needs to be completed by sponsor, co-signer and applicant. Does this mean three copies should be submitted or one copy signed by all? TIA

One copy. There are separate sections on the forms that need to be filled by sponsor, cosigner, and principal applicant.

Is this applicable for people that applied in 2018 and did not get selected or next year's lottery in 2019? If this year, when are they going to select additional 7000 applications?

They've already conducted a lottery round 2 for people who applied in Jan this year and didn't get selected in round 1.

Great news! CIC has posted a new processing time tool which is supposed to give more accurate processing times for most type of applications. Here is the processing time for PGP PR:

Parents or grandparents

Submitted on or after January 1, 2017

20 to 24 months ?

You may need to give biometrics with your application. This processing time includes the time you need to give your biometrics.

It needs to be completed only once - and this actually means that this form will contains SPONSOR, CO-SIGNER and APPLICANT details.

Number of sponsored persons+ current family members?
