Crazy. I just looked at 5562, and only additional piece of information I see is the length of travel. IRCC is incompetent, they could've just included this column on the Background information form. My dad's travel history is 20 pages long, i'll have to go through it again.

I agree, the travel history is already provided in the Background Information form IMM 5669, may be in a different form but it is there!
Also, the travel history form 5562 is not in the list of forms on the IRCC webpage for parents sponsorship; IRCC warns applicant about delay in process due to a missing for or document, I hope they don't delay the process when they ask for a form which was not listed on the checklist or guide 5772.

Doubt it would cause delays, unless the applicant takes a long time to submit it. I don't even see this form mentioned anywhere in the PGP section on IRCC's website.

AOR - 16th of April
Sponsorship In Process - 28th May
Decision Made ( in E-cas ) - 1st of June
PR in Process - 13th of June.
SIN and Tax Return papers submitted.
Representative is my friend ( immigration Consultant )

None of us received any correspondence after getting AOR. Few of my Representative's clients received Medical and PP, and they applied after me. I called to Call center on last Thursday, they just told me whatever i can see in my e-cas. Nothing else.

My Parents are here with me with Super Visa since November. When they came they also brought Police Clearance with them which we provided with main Application ( as they had it with them ).

In this condition, what should i do. To change Representative takes long time, i believe. He also sent Web-mail, but no answer!

no, its not big deal to cancel Rep, just fill out a new form and send them
OR he can create My CIC account .
Who really need Rep, everybody can do that by yourself
don't worry about PCC, they count current one

It was just time issue. My Rep linked with online account. Showing- Application in in Progress. No message in there.

No confirmation of application received. Though, mail was received by Ottawa on May 15th. Anybody else in the same boat?

No update on ECAS, cannot link the paper application.

yep, application received on May 17. heard nothing and see nothing on ecas either.
