My application was received 9th may. No updates on ECAS! I cannot link my application either.

Same for me mine was also sent on may 9 no update or Ecase

Linked the application today, and checked the status:
"Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made"

Your AOR email should be sent out in a week or two (I noted AOR received today in ss). You can get application number from the CIC account and CIC didn't really start processing PR application today.

I have same the feeling. Another clue is In 24th May, Ahmed Hussen said " Madam Chair, we are in the month of May 2018, and so far, 8,600 complete applications have been received. That is a very good track record so far, and I am very confident that with the work that we are proceeding with in respect to parent and grandparent applications, we will receive 10,000 complete applications way before the end of 2018" .

My application was received on May 4th.
My application has started processing on July 11th.

Mine was in process since June 16. No updates so far. I sponsored my wife in 2015. That could slow down my sponsorship eligibility verification.

So the application for your wife is completed already ? I also sponsored my husband in 2015. So why do you think it could slow down this sponsorship eligibility verification please?

She landed in Jan 2016. But sponsorship is still in effect until Jan 2019.
If my wife received any financial support from government, I wouldn't be eligible for PGP sponsorship. CIC may check these info, and therefore a delay May occur...

I'm in the same situation! That might be the reason they said they went to my province requested for something and got the response already. I'v waited for more than a month and it's still IP.

My wife and I did receive some cash (~$1000) in 2016 from AB provincial government due to fort mcmurray wildfire. Hope this won't affect my application.

oh if they have received 8600 by 24th May then I think may be we will not another round as that number is not up todate until may 23rd but a week or two weeks befores and not sure why we have 15000 count if minister says 10000 lotterys and in the beginning it was assumed that 5000 from last year then as per their conversation it is confirmed no so additional 5000 were just like that?

or they dont know what they speak?

All,

I am a PGP 2018 and I received an email today from CIC stating my application is incomplete and does not meet requirement. They have asked to to resubmit Schedule A and Family form within 30 days.

To the best of my knowledge, the forms were completed and signed before sending them to CIC. Anyone else in similar situation here? Can CIC call center provide specific information needed regarding this (i.e notes on file?) My application was received on May 4th,2018.

Please advise.
