I received AOR today - 26 Jun 2018 - please update spreadsheet.
Question: AOR has a section on Use of Representatives - is this a standard section in all AOR's ?
I submitted use of representative form already with application, as I am both Sponsor and Representative for principal applicant.
Important information about using a representative:
A Use of Representative form (IMM 5476) must be submitted with an immigration application if the applicant used the services of a representative (such as an immigration consultant or lawyer) to help them prepare their application, or if the applicant wishes to appoint a representative (friend or family member) to conduct business on their behalf with IRCC.
If you appointed a representative and the IMM 5476 was correctly completed and signed, all correspondence from IRCC will be sent to the representative’s email or mailing address.
When submitting your PGP application:
If a paid or unpaid representative’s address was used as the mailing address for the sponsor or principal applicant on the application and a completed and signed IMM 5476 was not submitted; or
If a paid representative was appointed using a IMM5476 but is not in good standing; and/or
The IMM 5476 you submitted was not correctly completed and/or signed as required to appoint a paid or unpaid representative;
2
Then, all correspondence from IRCC will be sent to the sponsor or principal applicant’s email or mailing address on record as applicable. IRCC will not communicate with this representative until a correctly completed and signed IMM 5476 is received by IRCC.
Should you choose to engage representation in the form of an Immigration Representative or Lawyer, you must complete a Use of Representative Form (IMM 5476). The form can be found at the following link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/representative.asp

Have anyone linked their application to online account? Should it be possible right after receiving AOR or at later stage? The questions there are confusing. I guess we have to select "Permanent residence-> Family class(Parents and grandparents), and then fill the information for the sponsored person? It is also asking for number of family members. Should it be the same number as in sponsorship application (Sponsor family + sponsored family), or just the sponsored number (2 for parents)?
Congratulations to everyone who checked their e-mail account today and became a little bit happier .
Update from me. I've just got SA letter (June 26). Decision made in e-cas -June 21, i.e. 4 business days. Visa Office Ottawa (parents are in Russia).
Received email for SA today
Also, visa office is now London
Am i mistaken, or London visa office is the London, UK one and isnt that the one with the fastest processing time?!
My application was received on 16 May 2018. Still waiting for AOR also not status not available online. Anyone around that range of submission having received the AOR?

I use same number, Agent DL (on the letter) is the person I should fax I assume, somebody said he/she is the agent. be patient you will get DM soon, it might be this week. actually ( after faxed) before they got my letter already DM. so I think fax is faster.
Received email yesterday June 26, I think that's AOR, there's a section there about using representative, I didn't submit that form, do I need to submit one? Where can I send? Thanks in advance
