My application was recieved in Ottawa on the 25th of May. Still Nothing on ECAS - probably haven't started processing it yet?

I'm on the same boat, the app received on May 8th, and still nothing shows up on ECAS nor AOR.
Let's wait as it looks like it's not just few of us.

What I imagine is that as the deadline gets closer, a lot of people sent the application around that period of time (around early May till the deadline), and they got overloaded with full of applications.

The applications sent earlier like as soon as they received the invitation (not quite sure how they prepared all those things in advance without knowing whether they will be selected or not, but thumbs up on those who were well prepared..) look like that they are going through the Sponsor Approval.

And based on the trends from 2017 as well, it looks like earlier you applied, the shorter time that it took to receive AOR and processing.
Closer to the deadline, longer time it took for receiving AOR.

same boat here - my application was received in Ottawa on May 15th.

I think all the those that sent their documents in May haven't received their AORs yet

Under "Identification Type" box (the first box), select "Client ID number" and input your UCI. You will find your UCI on your PR card or on your Canadian Citizenship Certificate. Check it out to see if your app is already updated there or not?
I did not receive AOR until 1 day after my online status gets updated

Hi, I have not received any AoR so far. I sent the papers on May 15, 2018. What shall I do, I am quite concerned.

Relax..Dont worry..There are people who submitted on April didnt get AOR yet.Just think how lucky even we are to get the chance for being selected for the lottery for parents.Think about those who didnt get chance to be selected. Have patience brother.Everything will be allright.just pray that all of our parents can join our families Asap.
