june 20:sponsorship approved and transfered to ottawa
june 21: ecas changed, "sponsorship : decision made, pr application: in process

No I don't think so. Only your birth certificate is required to prove your relationship to your parents.

Hi guys! I just logged in with my UCI number and it shows Decision Made. Should I wait for an email or a mail to say what was the decision? I didn't here anything from IRCC yet??

you should have the UCI, Check your landing papers for PR . citizenship certificate also has your UCI, If not just give them your name.
BTW, I checked the status of my application using the CIC online tool, and now it is showing "Application Received on May 16th". Give that a shot as well.

No stapling... I used a binder clip for mine.
