now what is procedural fairness process?

It is a process when the visa officer has concerns on your application, such as information provided in the application form and the ones in the supporting documents don’t agree, instead of reject the application right the way, they give you a chance to explain the situation. If they are happy with the explaination, they will give you visa, if not, they will make a negative decision.

Guys , i got PCC request Email with Employement history since 18 . But they just requested my father’s PCC and Employement. They haven’t mention my mother’s name on the Email. Did anyone has this situation or can someone suggest me if i should contact cpc or should i wait ? Thanks

Guys, may I have a question. I got en email requested for additional document (my parent's divorce certification). I have faxed over to the visa office last week. Is there any way that I could check whether the visa officer has received my fax? Or what is the next step if they have received the fax

We did medical exam on May 23 and we know the Medical Results were received in one week from the CIC web.
Any information next, shall we know if the Medical Results are ok or not?
