I guess we all got the medical and police clearance requests in Oct/Nov 2016.....did anyone receive the sponsorship papers until now..I think it is already more than 4-5 months.....we have not heard back from Immigration Canada. Did anyone get any correspondence after submitting the papers ?

We submitted medical and PCC in March 2017 for 2016 sponsorship. Did anyone received passport request for 2016 parents sponsorship ?
How long will it take ?

Hello, I sponsored my parents in 2016, got accepted, approved as a sponsor in January 2017 and my case was forwarded to Warsaw. In early April I received an email requesting my parents to submit supplementary docs (including police clearance), do medicals and pay RPRF in 30 days from the date of the email. All was paid and submitted in due time.

Was everyone else who received request for medicals asked to pay RPRF as well?

Hi , I received sponsorship approval in Mar 2017 and file transferred to Ottawa office. I haven't heard anything after that (i.e. no medical/ PCC request etc..). Please keep posted if you receive any request.

Hi there, I applied for my parents in Jan 2016, received sponsorship approval in Mar 2017 and file moved to CPC Ottawa for further processing. It is almost 9 months and no correspondence after that. Did you heard back from them?

Sure, i will. I know many people who applied in jan 2016 and their parents got PR in july. I have tried to inquire from CPC Ottawa the reason for delay in my file. Didn't recieved any satisfactory reply.

So i had applied for my parents sponsorship in Jan 2016, got my sponsor approved letter on May 25 2017 and the fike got forwarded to CPC Ottawa. Have not heard anything from them since then. Its frustrating to not even be able to talk to anyone amd online application status shows Decison made. What the hell does that even mean ???? Who to talk to as its been forever now ? Plz help !
