Parent/Grandparent sponsorship - 2016 CPC Ottawa

Does anyone here had their 2016 application for parent/grandparent sponsorship transferred to CPC Ottawa? Mine did as I learnt via email informing me that I met the requirements to be a sponsor. Around the same time my friends from India had their case transferred to New Delhi and have since got request for medical etc .


I am worried that CPC Ottawa is not processing applications as fast as other offices. How has your experience been?
