Palestinian International student, Need help for applying to the CAQ

After getting accepted for post-graduate study in the University of Polytechnique De Montreal, i was informed that i needed to apply for the CAQ (Certificat d'acceptation Au Quebec). While completing the application form online, in the personal information section I needed to select what citizenship/ nationality and i didn't find the corresponding selection of my case. As i am considered as a Palestinian refugee in Lebanon, Born in Lebanon from a Palestinian dad and a Lebanese mother. I do not have the Lebanese ID, the only proof of my citizenship is the Palestinian refugee card that i have (official ID proof in Lebanon), as these information can't be selected i need help to choose the corresponding citizenship that suits my case.
Note that there is no Palestine in the following list.
Please i do not have much time left to apply and i need an answer.
