I had applied for CSQ, while studying in France. I got the CSQ in January 2013. I have no language certificate for english or french. I have not searched any job offer.
Now I want to apply for Visa to get my PR.

What is the procedure to apply for visa? please help me out with thanks in advance. (Sorry in advance if it s not the appropriate place to ask such questions.)

I have heard that some of the buildings in the area are not in a very good condition. It is overcrowded and schools are not the best ranked. And, the positive side is a large South Asian Community and it is close to the downtown. Well this is all I have read so want an insiders point of view. I have been offered 1 bed apartment at 47 Thorncliff so want an advice about it.

Has passed house of commons, but it still faces challenges. Currently in senate.

The site says it is already law, but I know there is a plan to challenge this in supreme court if it passes senate.

Hello every body. I am construction manager in karachi. I am preparing to lodge my application in the first week of july.
For this purpose I have sent my education documents to WES but it is still in processing.
Can I apply by using the reference letter of WES, I am bit scared as it is mentioned on their website that after may 2013 they will not accept applications without ECA report.

My spouse birth place( name of two nearest towns) is different on birth certificate and passport, will this cause any problem during processing.

I am making bank dfrat, is their any expiry date problem to be considered while making draft.
