Pakistani Applicants waiting for PPR (Stage 1 or 2 letters) from CHC London

Hi everyone,


I recently (nov, 25 2013) got an email from the London visa office where they asked me to resend a couple of documents along with some forms, which i did a couple of weeks back. Now is this is an indication that the MR is forthcoming ?if yes, then a rough idea on how long before i get it. If not, then what exactly does this represent.

Following were the documents and the forms i was asked to resend.

- IMM0008
- New Schedule A Background/ Declaration forms
- New Additional Family Information forms IMM5406
- Copy of the passport bio- data page
- Updated original police certificates
- Proof of settlement funds

Would really appreciate the replies . cheers.

Dear Friend,

This is an indication that the case has moved forward however, MR status can only be evident through GCMS notes. Send them the required info ASAP.

I received GCMS report last week first time. I used to get CAIPS report before. It is difficult thing to understand. Any how following is summary,

ASSESSMENTS:
Eligibility: Passed
Security:
HIRV:
Criminality: In Progress
Org Crimes:
Medical: Passed
Misrepresentation:
Other Reqs:
Final:

I have following questions if any one can answer,
What is HIRV and how they assess it,
How they assess security,

In the light of above, when can we expect PPR.

HIRV stand for: Human International Right Violations.
It is related to security check they will do or they are doing now with INTERPOL and where you lived before as well as where you still living.

eligibility is based on your previous studies and experience certificates and not the current, therefore it will not effect in processioning of your application. just when time comes you can inform to VO as pr your current status. with resignation letter and new job assignments etc.

I applied an application for Skilled Worker Quebec last month December 2013 in new requirement.
And i am a citizen of Pakistan and apply from Australia.
Basically my wife is Registered Nurse and we are wondering how long it will take time for whole procedure to get permanent residency.

I have a question that i want to continue my education over there, some one told me that 1st get evaluation of ur degrees from HEC ..they seal the photo copies of academic doc..tell me the procedure?

how can i do? kindly guide me.also tell me some website e.g. kijiii.com etc for accommodation..
