What is maximum limit of funds(cash) transfer /carrying with while travelling, from Pakistan to Canada for immigrant visa .The person is travelling for the second time without family members .your response would be highly appreciated .

There is no maximum, you need to indicate on the immigration card they will provide on the plane if you are carrying more then C$10,000.
If it is less then 10,000 no need to declare, if it is more then 10,000 still no problem just declare it and no one will ask more questions.
The person will have trouble if he tries to carry to much in Pakistani currency and may be asked to go to the money changer inside the airport (gives bad rate) and have it changed in Dollars before you leave.
A question about COPR, there are two copies one is for CIC (having picture pasted) and one for us (without picture).
Should we paste the pictures on our copies prior to landing or leave as is??? Undecided
Alhumdulilah I have got PPR2 request yesterday night. I submitted PPR1 documents on 23rd October. On 20th November LVO asked me to send them previous passport nos of my husband instead of PPR2. I submitted on 25th Nov and last night i got PPR2 request. Thanks for those who gave me encouraging reply. The question which i want to ask that my Ecas is still showing in process instead of decision made. When does it change?

You can make a Traveler's Cheque for some of the money to be carried safely. Rest of it in cash.
If the person has already landed before, there is no need to show funds again.....it's only @ time of first landing.
Not sure about Pak laws but you can tell them its settlement funds for immigration to Canada. Anything over $10,000 must be declared to customs upon arrival in Canada, they won't tax it as it would be settlement funds.
I am seeking advise from all of you regarding my passports. I have sent my passports to CHC Islamabad after PPR2 on 7th December 2013 and it reached there on 9th December 2013. You don't need to worry at all as the process time is 4 weeks. Some people are getting them back in 5 to 5 working days but it varies from 6 working days to even 24 days in some cases, i have received mine on 6th day, so be patient and pray, you will be getting your visas any day... The problem is you cant question LVO before 4 weeks time.
