2- Its delivered on address given by me at Port of entry

Salam all...I have received my PPR1 on 21st November and I have sent documents to them that they received on 27th November 2013. I want to know when I will get my PPR2 request? As per their instructions they will send it in 6 weeks time so I want to know whether that duration start from the day when I received PPR1 request or from the day when they received my PPR1 documents? I shall be very thankful for the prompt reply..

It starts from the day they receive your passport. But don't start counting days 8)

This is just an estimate, so you don't bother them with queries before 6 weeks and it does not correctly depict the turnaround time of CHC.

There is no way to accurately predict when you will get PPR2.

I am just guessing here, but it seems you have not gotten the famous medical received line added to your ecas.

If that is the case, don't worry. I have already gotten my visa and COPR and the medical received line was never added to my ecas. This is true for many other members on this forum.

You can get this even in Pakistan , if you inform CIC that you have to go back to join / continue your job. They will advice you to contact DHL , sign an authorization , DHL will charge you CAD 500/- or so , and will deliver these anywhere in world.

No hard and fast rule , no time limit.
My sister is waiting since March 2012 , and every time she emails , they respond that "Background Checks are underway , and it will take months"
