Well nothing is sure but if you can see the previous posts on this forum you will see LVO sending MR and PPR1 and PPR2 with a very fast speed. So my guess they are trying to finish backlog asap
You should send an inquiry to them because without asking for originals, usually they do not change the status. However, nothing to worry as you are sailing in the right direction and seem to be out of danger.

You have to contact the authority who issued your license...and ask for a letter (on their letter head with you license # and other details) that you haven been driving (a type of vehicle means motor cycle, car or LTV, HTV...etc this need explanation of type of vehicle you are authorized to drive) since how many years...... and no traffic violations reported against you.
these forms (accompanying goods and goods to follow) B4 & B4a should be available on cic website. these are not mandatory as you can prepare your own excel sheet mentioning the items you are taking with you & will get at later stage with estimated CAD value against each (no need to give details of the items, you just need to categorized them like (cloths.....their value, kitchen utensils and their value) etc. Need to make two lists and keep two copies of them.
Are you sure! BGC is complete for the file awaiting officer review? Cause I also received file awaiting officer review reply on 30 April 2013 and then no response after that.....!!!!!
