I was just checking your chart and wandering what happened in case of Y2ABID, PPR1 received on 2nd Jan 2013 and he is still waiting for PPR 2 but ecase showing DM? Does it mean that there are still chances of delay or God forbid rejection at this stage?

PPR 1 letter from LVO clearly states that processing time between PP1 & PP2 is 6 weeks, so what do you think, why he's pending for so long?

Please refer to the attached document for the details required at this stage.
Once issued, your visas will be valid until *******.
We look forward to receiving the information shortly."

the attached document is PHEP which states:

"Step 1: Submit the documents listed below to our office in London. (These instructions do not apply to
accompanying family members who are entitled to Canadian citizenship, because they will have to travel on
their Canadian passports.)
1. Clear photocopies of your passport and the passports of each accompanying family member. The
passports must meet the Passport Specifications on page 2 of this letter because these are the passports you
will use to travel to Canada.
2. Two recent photographs of yourself and two recent photographs of each of your accompanying family
members. The photos must meet the Photo Specifications on page 3 of this letter.
3. The Updated Information Chart on page 4 fully completed for you and each accompanying family member.
Submit these three items within 30 days of the date of this letter (or the date of the email if you received this by
email). All items for you and your accompanying family members must be submitted together in one package.
Mail or courier your package to:
PHEP Processing
Immigration Division
Canadian High Commission
38 Grosvenor Street

You have to submit this to PHEP... what do you mean by program assistant, haven't you received this email from LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca if yes, submit this to PHEP processing address given in the letter

In my PPR1 LVO haven't requested photographs, see extract below and at the bottom it says "submit these three items" while in actual these are 2 only. I believe i have seen similar issue in some other post but not clear on this as some people are getting PPR1 with Photographs also..... ???
