1- Are you residing in Pakistan or not? ANS: Yes, I am residing in Pakistan.
2- Was your employment verified, like your employer got any verification calls or anything? ANS: No, my employer wasn't verified. May be becasue I had provided a ton of proofs.

I hope it will as you expect mate Although it varies applicant to applicant, however, you can expect to hear after around 8 to 10 months after application filed for your MR. You will asked for some updated documents in between as like updated Schedule A form, Police Clearance Certificates etc. For this year, the timelines may differ because there will be excessive load on LVO.
