Requesting again that if anybody can share a 'Letter of Authentication' taken from from the Roads & Transport Authority in Pakistan, explaining our Driving License experience?

After initial medical of my daughter in June 2013, IOM karachi refer to Pediatrician with comments "syndromic face ? and below 3rd percentile growth "
Furthered Letter received,,,,with Repeat pediatric consultation for development delay after 3 months on july 2013.
After treatment and clinical check up at consultant in Agha Hospital Alhamdullah My child has no syndrome and she has dysmorphic features with slow growth..after five medical test and reports as follow
Echo : Normal
MRI : Normal (no structure disability)
Thyroid function test : Normal (no hypertension)
Chromosomal analysis : Normal no syndrome (Dysmorphice features (moon face and simen crease)
Bera : no hearing lost (only left hear path way)
so my daughter can medical admissibility criteria of Canada... its possible my daughter medical clear.

After my medical examination IOM had given a single form, duly signed by the doctor, stating the tests conducted. They asked me to send it to Embassy which i assumed to be CHC London and not CIC Canada. I sent those medical forms to CHC London but the medical results are not yet being indicated on e-cas after more than one month. Has that happened with any one else? Please share your experiences if you were also given those forms by the IOM.
