Although if you are patient i.e. try a few times, first early morning hours 8-10-30 and then 2 to 4, and willing to wait 15 min or so, I doubt that you won't get through. It is not ideal but that is how they are.

I recently completed my MBA(3years) after BCOM(2years) and have 2 years experience along with MBA.
Few of renown consultants told me that bcom is not considered as bachelors and hence after MBA I am now considered as graduate and the previous experience doesn't get counted. Thereby from now, I have to work for atleast one year to be eligible for express entry along with IELTS of score L=8, S=7.5, W=7.5, R=7.5. because I am not married therfefore I have to work hard to get desired points.

Is any body here applied ECA report from ICAS, I have emailed them and asked them that, should I send my consolidate mark sheet along with my Bachelors degree to get ECA, they replied to me that we suggest you should send all 8 semesters mark sheets attested from HEC, but when i asked them the same question on May 2014 they replied to me that consolidate mark sheet is enough for assessment, the problem is that yesterday I have sent my bachelors degree and consolidate mark sheet to HEC for verification.
If any body here got ECA report by sending his or her consolidate mark sheet please help me here I am really very much frustrated after reading their reply.
Can we book medical in person as well or is it only done on the phone?
Also the police certificates does CIC need to send us a letter to request police certificate from Pakistani embassy in Saudi Arabia or we can just get it?

It's a bit of exaggeration though the main concept is right. A bachelors in Canada is officially 3 years or more university degree. So in some cases they may or may not be accepted.

Medical can be booked on phone but better visit Medical Center and you will get it booked quickly.
Getting PCC takes time, Either you get a letter from Canadian Embassy in Riyadh as per address provided on website or get PCC request letter from Pakistan/India embassy. Take this letter to MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and get it stamped (Tasdeeq). After that submit the stamped request letter to your local police station and give finger prints. They will give you receipt and time to collect the letter which is generally 1-2 week depending on Police Station and ofcourse on the mood of the local guy at Police station. 8)

May be things have changed, but I don't remember IOM entertaining any bookings in person ever. Though this is all dated until 2013. They used to either do it on phone or via email. Please do verify this.
