I believe, as per their required documents page, WES requires secondary education certificates for ECA report. Having said that, I'm not sure about O, A Levels certificates. As far as I know, there's no mention of this scenario on WES's website.
Please contact WES support via their contact form to confirm how to proceed
I'v applied to CES for ECA. CES does not require secondary level documents, if one has complete post-secondary degrees.
CES takes a lot of time to give ECA report. More than 4 months now. While reading another thread, I noticed last year they started from delivering ECA reports in 2 weeks time. Now they ask for 18 months time.

Just got my WEs evaluation report completed.... Nice to know that all my institutes were recognized
Can someone tell me that in my EE profile, should i mention the name of my university as kuleuven belgium (as written on my degree) or write it (catholic university of leuven) as written on WES report ?
i have a question regarding HEC sealed envelope. my friend has sealed the envelope from HEC today. i read on CES website that CES require some sort of tracking through which they confirm whether our degree is fake or real. plz see below the requirement from CES.
"HEC (Higher Education Commission) attested photocopies of the Degree Certificate and Mark Sheet/Result Card. (HEC can only attest documents for university-level degrees, e.g. Bachelor, Master, Ph.D). Applicants must request that HEC place the attested copies in an official signed and sealed envelope. These copies can be in black & white or colour. The applicant can then forward this sealed envelope to CES with their application, along with their own copies, a signed application form, and payment. CES must be able to confirm the attestation on the HEC website."
my friend asked the HEC for this thing but they said we have mentioned our phone number if CES wants to confirm they have to call us. im confused whether it is going to be accepted or not.
Please note, anyone needing to get sealed envelope from HEC (after getting their credentials attested) needs to go to HEC Islamabad office.
Till last year, Canadian ECA authorities did not accept sealed envelopes from HEC camp offices such as Lahore, Peshawar, Karachi, etc etc. Communication on this point was still going on between HEC and foreign ECA authorities.
P.S. CES has updated their "required docs" page for Pakistan. They didn't require originals (in addition to colour copies) from issuing authority before.

i have selaed the envelope from HEC Islamabad. but my question is it enough to have the sealed envelope or do they need any tracking for online checking?
can you provide the link where the required documents has been updated. i saw the page again and i dont see any change accept that they need degrees in original language along with translated copies.
