Yes, you can select Masters. It does not matter that your experience does not correlate with your Masters. Just make sure your NOC is correct.

I would like to know what's the procedure for getting ECA if your institute is not listed on WES? Do I have to get it assessed from HEC and then send the reports to WES to get my ECA done? And generally how long it takes to get this whole thing done?

Don't go fro WES. Go for IQAS. No need for HEC and no need for secondary school certificates just send transcripts in sealed envelope from university and that's it. It's usually done in 10 business days. Check my post for detailed IQAS ECA procedure.

hi all..

I need an urgent advice from the experts out there. It is related to my PCC
i got ITA on 11th jan and soon going to submit my application..
From the last 4 months i am in Dubai as a resident but basically i am from pakistan and will soon go back to pakistan. i went to pak in january and got pcc for pak on 30th jan. i exited pak on 8th feb and came back to dubai. so my pcc states the date 30th jan but my exit stamp shows i was upto 8th feb in pakistan. so is it ok or do i need to get a new pcc for date after 8th feb?
i have been doing a job in dubai from the last 3 months but have resigned already and will go back next month.

1. Have you stayed more than 6 months in UAE in last 10 years; If yes you will need a PCC from UAE as well.
2. Does you Pak PCC has an end date of Jan 2017. If that states; that you are living at an address in Pak from "some date xxx to To-date" then it shall be fine. As PCC are valid for 180 days I believe.

Bsc Engineering done in Dec 2005 and joined UET Lahore as Lecturer in Jan 2006
At the same time joined MSc and completed that in May 2009.
Joined Phd program in USA (Study-Leave from UET) from Aug 2010 to May 2016.
Joined back university.

My Questions:

1. What is the date I qualify for NOC 4011? This is the question they ask in EE profile (Shall it be Jan 2006 when I joined as Lecturer or May 2009 when I completed my Msc)?
2. Will Study-Leave time period be counted towards my total Experience? As I was on pay-roll of University and this is how my certificate summary looks:

Jan 2006 - July 2010 Lecturer 40 hours/week PKR xxxx
Aug 2010 - May 2016 Lectuere Study Leave PKR xxxx

Finger Prints for FBI or other agencies are done at police training center Chong.
That is the only acceptable place by these agencies.
