Pakistan spouse sponsor (London Office) - Decision made but no update

So the online status has changed to decision made, but there is no update in the process section (Sponsored person). No update about saying decision made etc. The only thing there is we started processing file and medical received, the same it has been for months.

I know it could be that they are in the process of sending the mail letter or email, i am not sure about that.

My question is, roughly how long till we hear from them? and decision made (They have not asked for anything else) is generally a good sign or no?
