Also, I suggest you visit Thursday. People start to gather to make line at Attestation Office as early as 5 Am in the morning. If you get around 8 ~ 9 AM, there'll be about 100+ people in the line which will blow your chances to get attested.
I am asking Thursday, because, just in case, if you miss the chance on Thu, you can comeback even earlier on Fri. Else you'll have to wait till Monday.
Need to reach there before 8am ..they will issue you a token and then will have to wait for your turn.. it may takes Several hours because of queue or you can come 2mrw to collect your attested document.. just recently i confirmed this whole proccess by an HEC employee....
My all academic certificates, transcripts and degrees both original and copies are attested form HEC and Foreign Affairs office.
Can you please guide me how to get them sealed enveloped if they are already attested ?
Thanks jigzyy, also do I need to send copies of all academic certificated i.e. from Matric to Master ? What if I only send them B.Sc and M.Sc degrees / transcripts ?
Can you please tell if there are any fees/charges involved if your degrees are already attested thru HEC and you just need to get them in sealed envelope from R&I dept as you mentioned in your earlier posts.

I was having the same issue back in Dec 2004. The University of Karachi will not spend a cent in dispatching the sealed envelop to WES. The best thing you can do is go to the HEC / or University of Karachi or whatever college you are referring to, request them to give you "there official envelope". Next step is to put your documents in that envelope that seal it with a candle wax and dispatch to Toronto at their WES office.
