dont use courier service because it will take a hell lot of time. try to ask someone in isb to get them attested on ur behalf

Is it required to evaluate all your degrees or only the highest degree as masters degree is from UK. What is the requirement if WES?

see country specific requirement on website. U need to send copies of both bacholers n masters.

wes is quickerr otherwise no issues with any other service. If u have done bachelors n masters then no need for inter.

hey guys, i have sent my HEC sealed envelope to WES through DHL for ECA. but unfortunately i didnt not write anything on the envelope. Please tell me will this create an issue or wes will sort it out with my reference no.

my university is not listed in WES but it is HEC recognized and my documents had been attested with HEC last year, so i have two options left either to go with University of Torronto or ICAS , so which one should i prefer , second in both cases i have noticed that i need to send both intermediate certificate with marksheets and HEC attested degree, transcript and provisional or is it upto me whatever i ll send they ll assessed or should i send them all in that case i dont know how to deal with inter board office karachi??

Do i just ask HEC to seal my documents ???or is it necessary for HEC to send my docs to ICAS or University Torronto ?? because today i went to HEC regional office karachi and they said they only sealed my documents and i have to send it myself.

if you have a degree, bachelors or master, in this case no need to send your intermediate of secondary transcripts or certificates. and about ICAS or utronto check out fee, services, processing time.
HEC will only attest your documents (remember only photocopies are required but attested photocopies). About sealing the documents there is a department in HEC which is called R&I. It will seal your documents in 5 mins and will hand it over to you. you have to send it through courier to your desired Credential assessment authority. Remember one thing TCS and other low grade courier services dont guarantee that airport customs official will not open the envelop. go for DHL or UPS as they give complete guarantee. if your documents are opened or the seal is broken assessment authority will not accept your documents.

thanks thats informative, dhl or ups fine , ICAS or University of torronto (guess both ll take around 2 months) ? so i can only send my documents after 2 months .... do they accept applications till 2014 april or they ll stop accepting it as soon as cap is full?

assessment authorities have nothing to do with the cap reach. please correct me if i am wrong. as they are not only dealing with immigrants but with students too.
if you are talking about CIC cap reach. yes definitely, when the cap is reached in the selected NOC they'll refund your application along with the fee. and you will have to resubmit it next year.

Dear All

I have disptached all the required documents mentioned on WES website. i.e attested photocopies by HEC were disptached to WES in sealed envelop.

They have sent me an email saying that the documents are incomplete. I want to know the exact process of submitting docs to WES

- shall i get degrees attested again from HEC and go back to universities to disptach the same to WES
or
- Shall i get the copies of my degrees attested from universites and sent them through controller of exams

i have an engineering degree from UET lahore and MBA from Punjab university lahore.

what exactly the email did u get? because hec has issues with their sytem.

firstly: have u attested photocopies of ur master n bachelor degree n transcript and get it sealed by hec?

second: check ur hec account. does it says ATTESTED in ur application? if it doesn't say that it is attested then call hec n ask them to update ur account. after updation from hec call wes to recheck ur docs.


so this two can be options .

I have disptached 7 documents in total which includes.

-My university degree + 4 years Transcripts = 5 Docs
- My masters Degree + 1 Transcripts = 2 Docs.

All these photocopies of degree Plus transcripts were sealed by HEC in brown envelop and they placed 3 red seals and signed them across.

The email which i have received from WES says as below

Please print this form and get them attested from your institute and request them to copy of this form along with transcipts to be sent directly to WES

WES websites says something different the email received from WES says total different story.
