I can understand ur feelings...

You can better focus on some other important issues in ur life. Give proper time to ur family and friends...

And another big reason not to be worried is, I know some applicants who applied in Jan,2011 and are even not "In Process".
Hang in there...

Yes you can have my example. I applied on 29th Dec, 2010 and I am still RBVO though I am MI2 applicant.

i am MI3 applicant. i have some quires about MI2 , please reply.
1. whats the %age of refusal after PER in MI2.
2. whats the average time of LVO processing for MI2.
3. whats the reason of delay for MR by LVO.
4. any MI2 applicant received 6-12 month letter?
5. any MI2 applicant received JD letter.
6. Please provide link for your spread sheet espacially LVO applicants.

hi, frnds i landed safely on Vancouver B.C on 7 May . I got my tickets in a very cheap rates 76 thousand per ticket and it is frm lahore to dubai to london to vancouver it take 26 hours with 2 hour stay at dubai and 3 hour stay at london .There is only simple questions on immigration section at vancouver like how much currency do you have like these. The Weather out their is so good . I done my security course and I got 83% .

whats the main reasons of rufusal after PER (20 %) and you know any MI2 applicant who received rufusal by LVO after PER?

I seriously wonder about the mystery of their processing method. I was actually very sad to hear about the CIC rejecting pre feb 2008 applicants, I mean those guys were waiting for the past more than 5 years and all of a sudden they were hit by the worst news they cud ever get.
I can imagine their pain of getting rejected after waiting for ages.
I have been waiting for 15 months and it has been pretty painful and its getting worse coz professionally and mentally you're starnded in the middle of your home country and Canada.....'what to do, what not to do' is the question u ask yourself everyday....

@ pinkfloyd .. plz share your NOC .. i also applied on 27-09-2010 app received on 1 dec 2010 .. in process on 05 apr 2011 since then waiting n i got updated forms req on 22nd may 2012 and sent on 26 may 2012 .. NOC is 3152 .. i was thinking that updated forms req is a positive sign but comparing with your case now i m not much happy about it ...
