I want to know how is my application progressing compared with rest of others. I know a friend whose application has started review process and applied after me. Is this a concern that my review has still not started. I get the following status from the Website.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 13, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the London England office on February 21, 2010. The London England office may contact you.

yes. these days lot of activity going on in CHC london especially regarding pakistani applicants. 2009 applicants mostly getting in process and getting decision made too. don't worry insha Allah u will sail through.. keep praying for all.

dear actually u don't need really but with the help of these notes one can see the progress of the case.
i have ordered mine already as i have a brother in canada and it costed me just $5. i will get in a month or so. with the help of these notes i will be able to see any bring forward date and what date they have put in my file to complete the whole process. i will be able to guess wen can i expect visa and total time it will take. i will also able to see if criminality / security checks are finished etc.
they help a lot and yes its not essential that u get one..upto u entirely
do you know you can even get by email. just email..all you have to do is send scan copy of your consent form to your sister and caips form..she can then scan and send via email to CIC
everything will be done by email.. so simple..just a fiver $5...
