He'll call today, thanks. He said that the computer he used had the website all messed up.. we even logged on the website while I was there (on another computer without a printer) and I showed him the RPRF, but he said the option wasn't even there when he paid on the computer at the lab (so he could print). Thanks Alan. Just wanted to put this out here in case anyone else needed the info. The call centre said as long as it's the right amount of money it doesn't matter which things you check off on the checklist. As Alan said, they will refund any extra money.
