I have applied for spousal inland with owp sent in DEC 2020. I am now eligible for OWP under new Public policy for former PGWP holders.
Any advise if I should add my wife's passport copy with our marriage certificate including LOE explanation, stating that I have already sent an application for spousal and I am eligible for OWP under new policy as my PGWP expired in Sep. 2020.
Please let me know if I need to inform them about my spousal application in this new OWP extension for 18 month or this has nothing to do with spousal application? If I need to inform, do i need to add copy of reciept of submission?
Also, if I am granted OWP under this public policy for 18 months what will happen to OWP I sent with my spousal application?
