Hi, Im under LCP and finishing my 24 months this month. I just a question is it possible to send my OWP application first before my PR application. I'm still working on my PR papers, so just asking if I could do that. Please I need advice..
Note the OWP used to be issued after the first stage approval of the PR application for LCPs. CIC bent over backwards a little by issuing OWPs before AIP so I doubt that the OWP app alone will be enough.

thanks job seeker.. I'm just curios because I have read some articles with same situation and have successful result. they say they have received thier OWP within 6-10 weeks by applying OWP separate from PR.. i just don't know if it's true?

It's not possible. My cousin got a refusal letter.
