The thing is, i filled up the form online and I didnt see the option as work permit so I chose open work permit as it is the only matching category to choose. I hope that will not affect my application though, I am really desperat, wanna leave here ASAP..still no update from Embassy..
It could probably get refused considering you're not qualified to apply for one.

This is the form that I used. I hope it doesnt affect my application. I am really beginning to feel worried now, havent received anything from the embassy and my LMO will be vaild only till May
There were just so many holidays. Pray. It helps you know.
