One of my friends applied for express entry in the end of 2014. He has been called from Pakistan to Abu Dhabi for an interview. I guess they have some concerns/questions related to his job.

If i am reading correctly, did your friend apply in 2014 or 2015 end ?

Search on FSW threads as well. As that programme has been running longer than EE you are likely to find more experiences there. Tell him to order gcms notes immediately. It may give him some idea of the concerns. Whether or not they will arrive (1 month) before his appointment, they are still good to read.

As PIPIn said, your friend should order his/her gcms notes asap.

It will be written in his/her notes that what concern does LVO has ?

If its related to job, then maybe the experience letter is forged or maybe LVO is just doing a random check of his documents.
