what do you mean by Canada spouse visa? Is your spouse a PR or Citizen? If so they can sponsor you and you will not be rejected for your overstay. If your spouse is in Canada on a temporary basis and you want to visit them then your overstay in the USA could negatively impact your file.

You are in the US illegally and have been in the US illegally for many years now. Again, any temporary visa to Canada is not possible for you. US immigration records will show that you entered the US and never left. These records are shared with Canada and Canada will know about your overstay.
