They do work Saturday and Sunday. My friends have received calls from IRCC agents and updated their GCKey instantly.

How long will take to get response from LVO I summit my family documents on June and documents arrived in 22 July.

What !!!!! 5 to 6 months? This is crazy. I sent it by DHL and it was delivered. I heard they respond within one month and moreso, it is an add-on for a protected person. Now that I have gotten my PR, I don't expect hers to take that long.

Hahaha! Crazy? Okay, let me tell you mine. 10 months now since I submitted my family's applications, only biometric done. Till now, no medical requests, no PPR requests. Pretoria office, South Africa.... What do you call this? Madness?

MP office is as useless as the Pretoria office. Don't even think about them if you need help....

I've mailed them several times to the extent of becoming aggressive in my email sent to their office. All they keep saying is; due to covid.... In the last email exchanged, I informed them of other people in my situation from different VOs, whom files were transferred to their respective VOs, have gotten visas for their families. The least has gotten PPR request,yet I've not gotten a medical requests not to talk of PPR. The response was that "you should wait patiently as background of others can't be compared to my family's. If we require any other documents, we'll contact the applicant directly ".

It sucks but what can I do? I have no idea who to contact for help. It's as if they just intentionally plan to destroy my marriage coz everyone is frustrated now including my kids who are 8 and 6 years old....

I just got another email confirmation that they have received my out of Canada dependants forms. I guess that settles it.

Go and check processing time. It says it will take 12 Months, but it can be before

I hope your weekend is going well?

I recently mailed my out of Canada's dependents Forms/documents to Accra LVO( hard and soft copies) and after 1 month got a confirmation email that the Forms/documents have been received and my file update. I was elated and was hoping for the next step.

Surprisingly, I received a reply to my previous webmail enquiry from Accra " Clearly stating that they have not received our forms/supporting Documents". I immediately replied to the email with proof of delivery of documents by DHL and a copy of their previous email that had earlier confirmed the receipt of our documents. This is very unnerving...

I will wait for 1 week hoping to get a response from them, if I do not, I rather send new forms/documents to them again.

Has anyone ever had a similar experience?

I mailed my spouse forms and documents to Accra VO too and I hope to get confirmation of receipt soon.

Nope... This is for family sponsor. Mine is an add-on for a protected person. I added her to my already submitted application not just that I started from the scratch. It is expected to take about 6 months
