For me 31 months till now, for me I applied Jan 20, Rome office since June last year so their no clear rules for ircc.

Usually medical is the last thing with security before approving an application. You have waited long enough, you should be getting an approval email soon.

Then you should be expecting yours inside Canada to be finalized soon. Your family will be completed after you become PR.
