Passport submitted 3.5 weeks ago. It has not been returned yet and VFS told me it is still in process as of today. No update on tracker so not sure what is going on?

Yes LVO. Passport submitted to VFS Dubai to IRCC AUH. Took 1 month to return

I got the Procedural Fairness letter last month regarding PA's eligibility.

I have submitted the response, now wondering when they will response, how much they take usually to response PFL?

I have surpassed the processing time.

can anyone share their PFL experience?

No new information yet. In our case, we have an immigration lawyer who is representing us and monitoring our application. He has informed us that the processing time is still within the anticipated timeframe.
