Hi,

We are dealing with a rough situation. We are in process of an application - everything has been submitted outland through a lawyer, and currently my husband's visa has expired (as of January 1st 2013). We applied for an extension since we have an application in process, however have not heard back about a decision yet. My husband lives with me in Canada.

If we try to go to the funeral in the USA, is there a chance my husband will be denied re entry into Canada? He has outstayed his 6 month time period.....

Please help!!!
