Medicals is expiring in October 16, 2019. That's the last shot of getting a miracle. If even that doesn't trigger my application to be picked up. I'm doomed in this nightmare as I can't send a new application since they rejected my withdrawal request.

I don't think that is going to be a issue. As your medical is Valid as per your submission. If they delay it more than validity required. They should accept it as is.

The agent I spoke to said last movement on my case was on April 26 when they asked for ADR and it's not been touched after that. So I'm not even sore if the officer is aware my medical is expiring soon.

They even sent 4 remainders and still nothing. It's like my case is lost. Now a fifth one will be sent on August 29.

My case is some what same, my criminality was passed in April. Since then no movement....

My security and eligibility both are pending.

Which State did you get your PCC from.?
If its either of Victoria or Queensland - you need to provide a travel history even if you don't have an Australian driving license.
May be that's the case.

It is from queensland and I have also provided the driving history.

I just saw a new ghost update today ( 3 in one week). I dont know what this mewn but i will definetely call them again

My AOR is Apr 9
As per my GCMS notes my file was last updated on June 16 - I ordered notes on July 27
Only criminality is passed and info sharing complete, the rest not started. Doesn’t seem like they’ve done anything on my file. Does the due date count for anything guys?
