Because when I raised CSE they said I should contact the VO directly.

I raised a CSE to ask for an update on my application whether eligibility has started.

They just eligibility is being verified and my file is transferred to CPC-Ottawa and I should contact them directly

Agreed. I am almost 5 months in myself. Waiting a bit longer before I contact the VO directly. Had initially raised a CSE to find out which VO had my application and they were kind enough to let me know.

Hi experts...
My aor is 5th oct.2018. Just talked to ircc. I was told my visa office is Ottawa. But eligibility, criminality and security haven't started yet. It's been more than 4 months and nothing has started yet. Is it normal ? Pls suggest!

Inland - AOR Sept 5th
Eligibility in progress
Criminality passed
Security not started

Case was last touched on Dec 15th.
File is in Ottawa.

Agent said case will take longer than 6 months...
