Hi phmagdi, congratulations on that. You shouldn't worry about medical postage thing as they ask you to go through medicals within 30 days. As you are appearing for meds tomorrows than you are within those 30 days no matter whatever time post takes as your DMP will sign and date the form with tomorrow's date. Now it's upto DMP to send the report as early as possible with normal delivery or courier but you shouldn't worry about even if it's outside 30 days period.
I wrote to London office intimating them that i have sent medicals to them on 1st nov. I received reply today:
Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for your enquiry.
Due to internal changes, the electronic transfer of your file from CIO Sydney to our office will take place in December 2010. Our office is unable to respond to your query at this time.
Please resend your enquiry after December 15, 2010 when we will be in a position to reply.
Please prepare your documents and submit them to our office within the given time frame as instructed by CIO Sydney.

that's a strange reply, are you not an Ottawa applicant? As per your timeline, you applied in 2007, there was no CIO than and your file would have never gone to CIO in Sydney for pre assessment. :-\ Am i right?

ya, I am ottawa applicant. It seems that there is some mistake as their system is updating right now. As they ask to send the query after 15 Dec., Please suggest should i send the query now or after 15th.

yesterday i received my medicals , actually it was dated 16 th november ,but now iam in vacation back home they had asked me to submit within 30 days .I had already informed them regarding my annual vacation ,iam planning to go for medicals next week .all your sugesstions are welcome.

Guys, as per my previous emails, i did my medicals late Oct and medicals were sent to CHC on 12th Nov as per my DMP. My question is, should i send an email to London or Ottawa to confirm if they have received my medicals as in Edupolo's case, Ottawa didn't even know for good couple of months about whereabouts of his meds.?
I have sent an email to the CPP-O to confirm that our medicals have been done since we are over the 30 day limit. The cost was just under £600 including the x-rays and postage. Thats in Cambridge. Not bad pay for the doctor since it only took just over an hour for all four of us to be examined (2 adults, 2 children).
