I tried to call but no one picks up. I will go tomorrow around 10.00, thats my plan. THis is 235 Queen stree, right?

We were able to get an appointment on this Monday at 12 o clock.Because they won't let anyone inside without an appointment.

How did you get that appointment, what no did you call? Will be very kind if you let me know that.

I called the IRCC call centre then they transferred my call to the local office to set up an appointment(I was waiting over the phone for almost an hour).Try explaining them that you need the Certificate on urgent basis and that you are okay to pick it up in person.Thanks.

Yes, this is the correct email. They take anywhere between 11-18 days to response from what I have experienced in the past.

Can you please let us know here once you pickup your certificate? Just so that we know IRCC Ottawa is actually doing what it says it will do.

Picked up our certificates today. There were many people also there from the 2 ceremonies on Wednesday picking up their certificates.

The office is finally going through the backlog, confirmed. I have my certificate finally printed and they are being mailed as quickly as they humanely can. I even got my certificate number so I can get my passport. This is good news

I selected Citizenship oath in their applications. May I know what is the next step? Thx.
