This what I used but they also suggested to reply back to the same email you received the invitation.

I'm still waiting for my certificate since May 19 which is a bit concerning.

Thank you for the reply, over 4 weeks seems to be little concerning, you can probably email again or call IRCC.

I did send them an email directly to Ottawa's contact. Still no update back from them yet.

No not yet.

The MP's office reported back to me that I would suppose to wait and be invited to the ceremony, again, which doesn't make sense!

I did call IRCC which they don't have much to do other than provide the basic information available.

I emailed Ottawa's office two weeks ago but no response.

Hello Experts , any one received Citizenship certificate recently from Ottawa office? . I had my Oath on June 23rd and waiting to receive the Citizenship certificate.
