I have some ottawa applicants in the facebook group that are willing to send the email as well

It would be good if we all send around the same time but if we dont, that would still be okay too, as long as we use the same subject

How do we track how many of us will send an email ? Do we have a group or tracker where we track the count ? How about having CC or BCC when email is sent ?

I dont think bbcing is a good idea, maybe an excel sheet saying who is willing to send and then marking as sent when they actually do it

The body of email is specific to 2019 and 2020 applicants. How about 2021 applicants ? Those of have who have been waiitng for about 5-6 months now and haven't recieved a test invite ? Do you want to include us as well ? Or limit it to 2019-20 applicants ?

The email is about processing delays, mentioning 2019 and 2020 is just a way to show how far these delays go. Everyone is included of course

I just added a table in the same Google Doc, so we can write our username to see who is gonna send the email. Also, there are many applicants who do not have an account in this forum. So, I am sure other people will send the same email even if they don't write their username.

Dude(ette) most 2021 applicants are within the normal processing time for citizenship grant. Unless yours is an urgent application, how will that make the case strong?

Yes it is 2019. We waited 18 months for the test. Please dont derail the conversation here. We want the backlog cleared for older applicants.

Some people waiting for oath and they are 2018. The backlog is bad and the focus seems to be on 2021 applicants . Thats not fair. The point here is to release older ones first

Most dont include ones from Ottawa. Ottawa office is in perpetual slumber. No application from Ottawa has progressed to test invite since August 2021. At this rate I dont think the service standard will stay normal. I was just asking.

I added sections to add UCI and name so that they would know we are real people, not bots mass sending the email

I sent web query on January 19th for urgent processing and today received response that query has been submitted to visa officer. If this is the speed then not expecting anything quick but who knows.

For information, I am Feb 2020 applicant and all except Oath completed on January 13th 2022
