It seems Ottawa office is all over the place. does anyone know what month are they inviting online applicants for test? or is it how it seems in the spreadsheet, chaotic with no particular order of process.

If it's in person, you should get certificate right away. I dont see anything for Ott on that day so far.

you should get it soon. They send it same day but at different times. I got it for my son in morning but in later afternoon for myself and wife.
