Hi all,

The document request letter from embassy has one statement down to all 10 requirement,

"Note: If the documents above are not in English or French, submit a certified English or French translation alog with certified photo copies of the documents."

Please helpme to understand,

1- If i have orignal documents that are in English, do i need to submit Certified copies of Orignal documents alog with Origanl Doucments? or above statemnt is only for documents that are not in English or french. I am confuse from this part, "Along with Certified Copies of documents" , its look like i need to submit certified copies of allmy documents even they are orignal or copies.

2- Merriege certificate,do i need 2 orignals, one for my wife and one for me or would be fine one for both of us?

Thanks to all.

1. Very few documents need be originals - like PCC, IELTS, bank letter, etc. Everything else can be a notarized copy. If the documents are in English, you don't need to submit the originals AND a certified copy. What they mean is, if it's not in English, a certified copy as well as a certified translation should be submitted.

2. You just need a single one unless of course you were married to others too :-)
