I am a Pakistani spousal sponsorship applicant and my file was transferred to London. I recently got my visa and am flying to Canada next week. However, I am extremely stressed that my original documents that I had submitted to Islamabad while applying have still not been returned. The documents include my birth certificate, educational results, university degree, marriage certificate and other employment documents. My life depends on these essentials. I have emailed both Islamabad and London Visa offices but have got no reply. My husband recently spoke to someone at the CIC call center and he said that the file should've been returned with the visa. This is causing a lot of stress. Can they lose the original docs? Can anyone help me in this regard and guide me as to how I should tackle this issue? Is anyone else facing this issue?
