Options to file for Permanent Residency of a parent

I am looking for the options we can take to file for permanent residency for my Mom. She is a single mom(widow) and me and my brother we both are permanent resident of Canada. We want her to be with us permanently. can anyone suggest possible options?

Only H&C and this requires that she is already in Canada.

While others have seen successful H&C apps for single parents who have no other family support in their home country, just note that in general H&C apps have a high rejection rate and could take a long time for processing.

You may want to consider using an immigration lawyer experienced with H&C apps.
