now wat r d options left for students who did not get any response from chc chd and last date to register was sept.12,2011 &request to refund fees must b 10th day of classes???????????????

dude...if you are keen then don't try to think of refunding... just go to embassy and take your file back and apply in first week of oct again...
As i also got a refusal.. and i am reapplying in oct again...

i have also transferred to jan session and also changed the course...and keeping my fingures crossed this time....i am going to reapply in oct....at CHC New Delhi...

I am from dehradun. My visa was refused in august.....
