Options for BC PNP nominee in closed work permit

Hi Experts!

What are the options available for a BC PNP nominee in closed work permit if he resigns/terminated from the current job.

Do I need to exit the country immedietly if this scenario happens? I am currently considering relocation to BC. My work permit will be processed after the PNP nomination. I am jjst curious about the options incase of a change in job or job termination/resignation.
