OPNP employer pre screen

I know that Ontario has currently stopped PNP applications.I am currently working as pizza cook in a reputed franchise.
My employer has offered to promote me as the restaurant managet and sponsor me for PNP if possible.
I just want to know if he does the employer pre screen application, once it opens up, is there any chance for it to get approved?
I heard that pizza shop jobs are not likely to get approved. Is that true?
Guys please help me?? I just have 1 year 3 months left on work permit

job doesnt matter unless you fulfill their criteria. employer should qualify all conditions. thats all

HELP!!!
Today I got a letter from OINP that duties I have outlined in my job offer for the position of Shipping Co-ordinator do not match the lead statement or functions under NOC code 1215. They gave me 30 days to send supporting documents!
What kind of documents do I need to submit?Huh?
